What we include
Software subscription — the published plan that fits your crew size, plus per-extra-user fees.
Payment processing — your monthly card volume × each vendor's real card rate. For most field-service businesses this is the largest single line.
Per-tech and per-seat scaling — ServiceTitan, for example, is priced per technician, so its cost climbs with headcount.
